All articles should carry their titles, full names and addresses of the author on the first page, as well as an abstract of between 150 and 200 words. At the end of the abstract key words should be highlighted.

Manuscripts should be typed double spaced, using 12 font size, Times New Romans and APA style of documentation. Articles should be between 10 and 16 typed pages. Opinions expressed in any of the papers are strictly those of the authors and not that of this editorial policy.
